KERFmedia-cab (2009)

 Meet the KERFmedia-cab. It’s a mix of materials and shapes celebrating the beauty of simple geometry. Its orthogonal pattern is accentuated by exposed birch veneer plywood, recycled mill steel, exposed hardware and acrylic. Full extension, soft-close drawers provide ample storage while A/V equipment is accessible through the translucent door. Double ply cabinet construction provides life-long durability. The KERFcab collection is suited for any room of the house including living, dining, TV room or bedroom, with innovative workspace solutions that bridge the gap of life and work. We handcraft our designs in short runs, which allows for customization of every piece created.

Vonmod combines good design and sustainability with a focus on detail and long lasting durability. We are inspired by shapes and forms that are as simple as they are timeless. By respecting the natural beauty of raw materials all of our pieces are an authentic work of art. Working locally with a cradle-to-cradle mentality inspires us to fabricate furniture with future generations in mind. With backgrounds in Architecture, Industrial and Environmental Design as well as well as Fine Woodworking, we design and build each piece from start to finish. Our designers are LEED Accredited Professionals and understand the challenges of sustainability and smart design. At Vonmod we love what we do and strive for perfection in everything that we create.
