This project began with the need for additional industrial shop space for operations of Von Design inc.. After an intensive real estate search, an urban property was found and purchased in may of 2008. During the following year, a variety of site plans were presented to Denver city offi cials for preliminary review. The following concept reflects the latest ideas to accommodate the desired program of industrial shop space, office and artist studio while responding to the varying site constraints and city comments.
